I need someone who has expert knowledge of excel macro, and knows how to use conditioning, functions and formula application to create a sheet that can only be accessed by the 10 directors who needs to raise queries, on which they want updates or responses from other service departments so they can keep tabs on the response time and resolution time of different departments and run performance analysis based on it.
Management:
Query Date/Time
Query Raised By
Ref No.
Query Description
Service Departments:
1st Comment
1st Response Date/Time
2nd Comment
Resolution Date/Time
Numbers of Days to Close/Complete Query
Should be able to show which query is overdue for a response or which one is past the response/resolution period as per the SLA set, etc.
Most importantly once entry made any management or by service department staff, they should not be able to delete backdated entries. Only be able to add new entries or responses or comments.
