Create a program to automate our estimating process

Fire Systems of Texas is a construction subcontractor company that requires a program to automate the majority of our process for pricing and tracking specifics about construction projects that we want to bid on. We need data that is input from one section to populate information in different sections of the program. We also want check boxes/drop-down menus throughout the program that would populate information. If possible, we would like to have this program create mailers using the data as well. Would you be able to complete a project like that? I can give examples in pictures of an Excel sheet mock-up if needed.
