Hello,
I am looking for a developer / automation specialist (or a small team) to build a full construction company management system for UAB Statnamis (Lithuania). The goal is to automate construction operations “from A to Z” using Make.com or n8n, Google Drive/Google Sheets/Gmail, and AI integration (ChatGPT / OpenAI API).
The system should include:
1) Project / Site Management
Manage multiple construction sites/projects at the same time
Daily worker reports (progress tracking)
Photo uploads (before/after, daily progress)
Completed quantities (m² / m / pcs)
Issues reporting (electricity not disconnected, structural support needed, missing approvals, etc.)
2) Material Tracking (Per Project)
Material delivery tracking
Material usage tracking
Remaining material stock on site
Weekly/monthly material summary reports
3) Fuel Tracking (Per Vehicle/Machine/Project)
Fuel input records (liters, date, machine/vehicle)
Fuel summary per project and per machine
Automatic weekly/monthly fuel reports
4) Health & Safety + Fire Safety Documentation Tracking
Track employee safety trainings, certificates, permits, medical checks, etc.
Track fire safety documents (fire extinguisher inspections, permits, hot work permits, etc.)
Automatic reminders before expiration (30/14/7 days + expired status)
5) Document Management System
Automatic Google Drive folder structure for each project
Document registry in Google Sheets (contracts, invoices, work acts, estimates, safety documents, etc.)
Easy search and organized archive
6) Automatic Work Acts Generation (Weekly or Bi-Weekly)
Automatically generate work completion acts (Word/PDF template)
Include completed quantities, photos and work descriptions
Automatic numbering and project identification

Estimates must be calculated using Lithuanian market pricing and my own company pricing database (provided as Excel/Google Sheets):
labor rates
machine hourly rates
material rates
overhead and profit margins
VAT calculation
The system should generate:
full estimate table (Excel/Sheets)
final tender price summary
commercial offer (PDF/Word template)
