Confidential Information Memorandum for sport organization

I have to pretend I have been engaged by an elite, for-profit sporting organisation (football club, a sports club, a sports gear manufacturer or a large sports agency) to produce a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM/IM). This document will pitch the business to consortia, investors, investment houses or the like, who may be interested in acquiring the organisation.
YOUR TASK: produce an IM which offers a discretionary acquisition mode. This means you will engage a management team to run the organisation for the owner(s). You will formulate a strategy based on the clear analysis of internal and external factors. The main document, the IM will be 1,500 words. The IM document offers the organisation for sale and details the proposed management team and the proposed strategy that the team will implement.
A supplementary document (total 2,500 words) must accompany the IM and will contain the analyses conducted and supporting information.
