Computer/tech support for Nas drives

I am looking for someone who has experience setting up Nas systems.

Basically I want mine set up so it backs up every evening onto my google drive.

Then everything stays on google drive permanently. But deletes off the nas drive in the office after 42 days while remaining on google drive

So nas is the set up for the office, and the google drive becomes the archives so to speak.

Needs to be done remotely, although I can assist if given instructions.
