Complaints handler aware of the UK law

I require a complaints handler that will be able to handle three complaints a month via email and telephone and who can use basic laws to back this up. I run a small business and have a learning disability so require someone to take the role as my complaint handler. I require an email set up specifically to handle these complaints and then forward them to me. Again at least 3 complaints to be handled three times a month. A first month trial will determine whether or not candidates are suitable for the ongoing role. If there seems to be no complaints then other admin tasks will take this position.
