Coach/Project Management Support

Hello,

I have been working for myself since 2015 and have reached a point where I am stuck.

Across the 5 small businesses my greatest desires are simple and as follows:

a) structure the businesses appropriately

b) set up lines of communications across the businesses

c) Revise my current work-load

d) structure my approach over the next 4 weeks

e) in pursuit of a Rapid Growth Strategy


Approach
----------------

Ideally, I need a group-wide business plan and would like to integrate the coaching and project management into the construction of the business plan.

As you coach/mentor/project manage me, the businesses and the strategy, you will also construct the business plan.

Time Required
----------------------

I envision the following:

a) an initial chat to identify if we can work together
b) a follow-up call wherein I introduce you to the way that I am working (Trello primarily)
c) build the next steps

Ongoing support can be constructed wherein I don't envision more than a call a fortnight, with email exchanges in between. Something similar as long as it works may be employed.

Person Specification

The skills I currently lack I would like to have in the person I work with:

- body languge understanding
- Lean, Agile and Six-Sixma experienced
- Director level experience or exposure as I have very ambitions plans

Location

Occasional face to face meetings will be required. Happy to travel, I grew up in Canada!
