Ancrest and Company Limited are expanding their team and are offering a contract for a Client Services Executive/PA to work on a long-term basis subject to a successful trial period.
We are a strategy and research consultancy providing bespoke research and strategy consulting services to various clients. We work to transform the way businesses interact with their stakeholders by translating insights from market intelligence into strategic engagement initiatives. We also offer business development packages which incorporate our strategic communication services as well as offering lead generation and client management services. We have a strong value system which involves encouraging our clients to adopt a focus on social consciousness and ethical trading in their industries.
We cover the following sectors:
• Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences
• Energy and Natural resources
• Charities and Non-profit
• Public sector
• Start-ups and SMEs
I'm looking for a highly skilled Client Services Executive/PA to join the team and provide ongoing support - particularly with client services and overall business management. The PA will be close enough to the business to be able to manage business function single-handedly whilst senior management are away. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking long-term opportunity to grow with a business.
We would need ongoing assistance with the following activities:
• General Administrative Tasks
• Conducting research
• Social media management
• Updating websites (WordPress management)
• Quality database creation/management
• Assistance with creation of marketing materials
• Generating status reports
• Raising invoices and overseeing supplier and staff payment
• Ongoing client relationship management
- Managing client projects
- Client Liaison - Managing requests, enquiries and request for proposals)
• Assist with recruitment of staff and freelancers
• Skilled with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and WordPress
• Desirable but training can be offered: Salesforce, Basecamp and Clearbooks
Ideally you will have a good office space and suitable line. Upon finding the right candidate I look to start work as soon as possible. We're happy to offer ongoing training that will help you with the conduction of your duties.
