Client Relationship Co-ordinator/Manager - Financial Services

This role is an ongoing position for an individual with exceptional customer service and telephone skills and passion for looking after our highly valued clients.

We are a rapidly growing Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advice practice, specialising in pensions and financial planning.

Some experience in Financial Services would be preferred.

We are looking to more pro-actively stay in contact with existing and new clients, to ensure that we are doing everything possible for them, and that they have everything that they need from us at all times.

It will also be necessary to have training on using an online back office system, to ensure calls/details are accurately recorded, therefore attention to detail is essential.

The role will include, for new and existing clients:-

Client servicing
Client surveys
Form completion (which may include medical data)
Booking review meetings
Following up on mailshots
Following up on seminars
Obtaining authority to proceed with transactions.
