A new structure of departments implemented
Graph of the turnover per quarter per year
Split Resignations vs Terminations % so we can see peaks for leavers for example there are more leavers in Aug 2021 vs 2022 because they're all graduates going back to university that's why numbers are high…. but what about peak leavers for May 2022 in the Sales team what is the reason?
Graph of leavers under 6 months, 6-12 months, a year and a year and a half. How long are we keeping people who are bad employees?
