Business Strategy Project Assigment

Create a Business strategy project for Verizon based on the attached requirements.
This is the first of four parts of a project. More help will be needed in a weekly basis.


Summary of the project
-Leadership profile and Management of Company Analysis
-Comprehensive Stakeholder analysis
-Industry Analysis and typical strategies followed in industry
-External Analysis: Identify external constrains/ Market Trends
-Performance Benchmark usisng tradicional financial/accounting benchmarks and ratios and comparte to competitors
-NON financial, but Performance Benchmark analysis.
-Internal Analysis like VRIO, SWOT, PESTEL, MICHAL Porter Five Forces. NOT all of them but the ones that relate to the strategy project and to make future reccomendations.
