Business Plan needed for Venture Capital funding

I have created a new social networking website and I am looking for an experienced business plan writer to help me get my start-up business investment ready. Need previous experience of raising finance through Venture Capitalists are preferred, however, others may bid as well. I will provide you with a brief version of our Business Plan but you will need to do further research on certain elements.

About us:
Based in the United Kingdom, we're a start-up.
The website is already live with the development work being completed with my own investment. The VC investment is now required primarily for marketing, further development, and working capital.

About the Business Plan:
I've already got a brief version. But you will have to analyze and start from scratch; also I will give access to my website so that you can be clear of what kind of business plan I need. You will mainly have to work on the main parts that include Financial Analysis (Balance Sheets, Cash flow Projections and Profit and Loss Accounts etc.) and further research on Market and Competitor Analysis etc.

I've already made it clear that this plan is to be presented to VC firms for large funding; therefore, it is imperative that the plan is well researched, precise and professionally written. I’ll also need help in assessing the right level of funding for us.
