I propose to launch a tapeless pre-recorded digital platform to include a digital
TV channel,IPTV and mobile TV versions, mobile apps and a channel for the aviation sector.The channel will showcase luxury brands and lifestyles from the UK, UAE and the Middle East.This is not a shopping channel Production will be based in both the UK and Abu Dhabi. The reach of the channel will include Europe and as far east as China. I am looking for an experienced, highly motivated and resouceful consultant who has been involved in writing business plans for the media/television sector. This is a large a complex project where a knowledge in marketing/financing would also be beneficial.
