Information to be included in each chapter: A very brief business plan highlighting why I should be hired for the position, what strengths I can bring to the company, how I will ensure they remain ahead of the competitors, how I will work with the existing staff to ensure they achieve their target and earning potential. How I will continue the growth of the company, list the local competitors in the area.
Extra notes: I am not sure how I should present a business plan to ensure I walk away with the job offer, I have 7 years experience within the industry and 3.5 years experience of managing a lettings department with a successful track record. Maybe you will need a copy of my CV to highlight my key skills. I do not know the amount of business they are doing each month and the number of clients they have so hard to show the growth in sales monthly. Any questions feel free to ask.
