Business Plan

Require a business plan to be completed by the 24/04/2013.

The business plan needs to be created to the same format as the template attached. The business plan must be no more than 20 sides. This includes the financial section and appendix.

The sections required are the following;

Executive Summary
People and Operations
Products and Services
Market and Competitor Research
Competitor analysis:
Marketing Plan
SWOT Analysis
Key Risk Areas
Finance
Appendix

The business is a unique confectionery sweet business that has just been launched Online in the UK. All details about the business will be provided through a telephone conversion and I'll be available to answer any questions any time through Skype.
