1- I need an assessment of the current situation by making a SWOT analysis of the organization's programs in general
2- Conduct a benchmark “comparison” between the Foundation and three non-profit organizations working in the field of youth outside the Kingdom (
Scope of programs, segments of program beneficiaries, and objectives of the organization)
- United Nations is an example
3- explain and clarify the role of the Business Development and Partnerships Department in the Foundation and the tasks assigned to it.
4- Preparing a proposed organizational structure model showing the divisions and functions, their levels and a brief explanation of Suggested responsibilities for each department or job and a vision of the requirements to be employed within the department
Section Two: Partnerships Model
1- A graphical explanation of the management's proposed business model for partnering and targeting sponsors for the organization's programs.
2- Graphical explanation of three of the main procedures proposed within the department - one slide for each procedure.
(It is possible to suggest any kind of procedures, for example: the mechanism for signing partnership contracts, the method of managing the relationship with partners,
Explore new opportunities and market survey, the mechanism for evaluating partnership requests that are received by the institution from external parties, or any other procedure
(Related to the functions of management presented in the first section)
3- Design a table showing a number of proposed partnerships for the Career Development Track programs and take into account it
The following details:
- Entities that may be supportive of Career Development Track programs with a description of the proposed support role and any potential revenue through these partnerships
- Entities that the Foundation may be supportive of, in order for their programs to be compatible with the programs of the other entity
- The diversity of the proposed partnerships is taken into account to include entities from the private sector, the public sector and the non-profit sector
