Business Developer Required (Immediate Start)

We are a newly established full service Recruitment agency based in London, UK. We provide services to job seekers as well as employers whether that be recruitment or training based services.

About the role:

As we are currently in a start up phase, we are seeking a skilled, ambitious individual to carry out business development duties to help increase company turnover. Currently, our main focus is to grow within the healthcare industry as we are also able to provide mandatory training services as well as recruitment within the industry.

Your primary responsibility in this project is to accelerate sales for our company with clients across the UK to help generate company brand awareness.

Duties for this project include:

- Reach out to new contacts and introduce the company and our services via telephone and email
- Building and maintaining new partnerships and relationships for the business
- Taking new opportunities from idea to execution, including identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, negotiating and closing deals
- Effectively seek out, source, and manage clients
- Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
- Arranging meetings and closing business deals
