Assistance with Recruitment - Applicant Sourcing & Telephone Interviews

I require assistance with the recruitment process for a job vacancy we need to fill. We are a wholesaler and the role is that of a customer service advisor - dealing with business to business customers.

I am looking for someone to

1) Attract applicants by writing a job description and posting onto whichever job boards you have access to
2) Sifting through CVs to create a shortlist of say 10 applicants with whom you will conduct a 10-15 minute telephone interview.
3) From these telephone interviews, selecting the best 5 or so applicants and arranging a time and date for a final face to face interview with me.

I would like to job advert to go live as soon as possible with the aim of having face to face interviews arranged by the end of this week / beginning of next.

I have also placed a job advert before Christmas so will send over CVs I've received for you to sort through.

I have set an hourly rate for this job, although I'm more likely to accept a fixed price proposal which we can negotiate.
