Searching for sale and lease back arrangement in respect of 3 plastic injection moulding machines one with automation cell. Purchased in 2001/02 and low hours of useage from 7,000 to highest at 21,500 hours. Purchase prices at £31,000, £30,000 & £44,000.
All serviced and in \"clean\" environment. Company will pass credit tests - have to date.
One bank offer value equipment at forced sale value of £20K, and 36 months at 19%.
Ideally seeking higher offer valuation - new prices are still at our initial purchase prices, in order to raise additional funds for business.
