Affiliate Needed for E Commerce website

Need somoone to come to our website www.mrbedsandmattresses.com and join our affliate programme. We need an affiliate who can get us high sales and we are willing to pay 20% on all orders placed from there refferal. If we get 5 or more orders a week we will be willing to pay the affliate a bonus or bonueses depending on the orders received.
