Advice setting up a Trello (or similar) timeline board.

We are a small Biotec company that is looking to set up a 'Trello' style management system, whereby we can add key R&D programs onto a timeline, with reporting dates, payment dates, financiala ; as well as other parallel timelines for product development schedules, sales channels etc. This will be an ongoing role working alongside the directors. You will have significant experience in remotely managing R&D projects, and will have in depth knowledge of the software/online package.

We are looking for a freelance specialist, who can physically come in and provide an in-depth training (and possibly later build our TRELLO out - remotely)...Looking for a TRELLO expert who has a vast knowledge of TRELLO, and all of its functions & abilities, and who also knows how to setup/utilize the INTEGRATION function (i.e. set our TRELLO up with integrating SalesForce & Google Drive, etc). We would like to see what your knowledge level is regarding those things, to see about having you come in for a training (where we could do live Q&As), that was more centered around how TRELLO can best serve our company/workflow, etc. When we emailed TRELLO, they responded and said they don't have any people who come out, and they deferred us to their online webinars, which is not what we are looking for.
