General information for the business: New specialised recruitment agency
Description of support work: Client is setting up a new specialised recruitment company and looking for advice / insight into various recruitment agency business models. Must have first-hand experience of either consulting on set-up of an agency or Sr management experience. Information required a better understanding of is:
- various models of recruitment agencies and pros/cons to each
- what would be expected / required for each model by recruits and employers
