On the 6th September I am looking for people to help me call nursery schools in order to obtain application forms.
The telephone lines will likely be engaged from other callers also repeatedly attempting to connect the nursery school.
Once you connect to somebody live, the request is to just give my daugther's details and ask for an application form.
The role is to be able to continuously hit redial until you manage to get through to the nursery school
This should take no longer than 40 hours

Would you be looking to provide a VOIP line so to capture the cost of the calls or are you looking for someone based in the US?

How many schools will your chosen assistant need to call? Would you consider offers for an hourly rate since it will be difficult to determine how long this task will actually take?
