Job Description
Manage and grow key retail accounts within department;
Travel
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Work very closely with the design team
Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Manage order and delivery processes
Deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management
Participate in trade shows and industry events
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
Experience in retail account management, preferably within any of our categories
Experience as a junior buyer or established buyer within fashion is also desirable
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
A passion for fashion and retail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A proactive and results-driven approach
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
