A to Z project management of a Orphanage in Kashmir and Pakistan

We are a UK registered charity in UK. We have land in Kashmir and want to start an orphanage with a madrasa / Quran School / Mosque in Kashmir and Pakistan.

I do not want someone who wants to do a quick job and leave, this job could take up to 6 months before the money is released. I want to make sure you help with the setup of a orphanage from A to Z. I do not want someone whose heart is invested in money, I do this for the sake of Allah so I want to work with someone who has the same the same ethos.

We want someone to do the following;
1. Identify how we go about making an orphanage in Kashmir and Pakistan
2. What planning we need if any?
3. Our charity is registered in UK, do we need to be registered in Pakistan and also Kashmir to have orphans there?
4. After we found out we can build a Mosque and orphans there, I want you to help with getting the most needy Orphans in our locations; Pindi Pakistan and also Kashmir Sensa
5. 30 orphans in each one
6. You must be patient and quick to do the work, I want regular updates. When I go Pakistan I want to meet you.
