Writer of policies needed to help develop staff handbook

Company policies for staff are so badly written! They are official, they use complicated language, they create distance between the employer and the people in it. They are not friendly, welcoming, human and clear.

So we need a writer to help write our policies who can write in a friendly, welcoming, human and clear way.

Job #1 is to write a "Returners Policy" for us. We already have a template to send to you.

We have many more policies to follow.

As a first step, please send us an example of a policy you have written before - we seek people who have experience.

As a second step, please send an example of what you think is a well-written policy in the kind of style we are looking for - this will help us establish if your vision of a friendly, welcoming, human and clear policy is the same as ours.
