Work Agreement/Copyright Contract for a music production company

We are a recording studio/music production company that employs a number of producers on a freelance basis. The contract we require must include:

- what is expected of the producer in regards to professionalism with the clients
- the broad outline of the work process
- the time frame the producer must stick to in regard to different parts of the work process
- The copyright ownership of the work they complete being transferred over to the artist
- The right for us (the company) to use the work they complete for marketing purposes
- An exclusivity clause that states they cannot work with any artist they have been introduced to by the company for at least one year after leaving the company
- Their responsibility to gather all the appropriate paperwork regarding copyright ownership from the session musicians they bring in for their work.
- The payment schedule
- A clause that states they cannot publicly talk about the company in a negative way
- The situations that would warrant them not being paid in full for their work

These are the key points. We need someone with some experience with these kind of contracts who will also advise on what else needs to be included if we have missed anything.
