I would like the terms and conditions for my new clothes swapping website checked to ensure that I am not liable for clothes not sent, counterfeit goods etc plus all the usual stuff like data protection act and that I am not responsible if website goes down.

I will write the T & Cs or provide a copy of those used on a similar website which ever is easiest.
