Description
Experience Level: Entry
UK based company only
I have a new website launching this week called The FE People, it is a recruitment platform for further education professionals. It works in a similar way to people per hour where the colleges can search the freelancer by certain key words, location and availability.
The freelancer has a live calander that shows when they are free. Every freelancer on the site is vetted to ensure they are on the dbs update system, they have all of the qualifications they need to do the job role, insurance, id and are registered as self employed/ltd etc.
I have had two companies write me terms and conditions for the freelancer and the provider(college/training provider), the first one was before some of the features of the site changed so they needed updating, the second one literally wrote the user agreements into war and peace and each one was around 25 pages long.
I need a document that is around 3 or 4 pages that explains the legal responsibilities of our platform, the freelancer and the provider but it needs to be as concise as possible.
I can send the documents that the other companies have already created

HI, can you show the document you mention? it may be a tall order to ask for 2-3 pages in length, as the liabilities and disclaimers in these type of arrnagements/ platforms are farily intensive ones. kind regards.
