Wanting a medical / legal report(expert witness) for up and coming claim against a UK company in tribunal it does not need to be overly detailed it just needs to back up 9 months of sick notes stating the person was not fit for work due to work conditions. The company has already made an offer but i want something rubber stamping this that will raise the compensation bar on the vento bands.

    What sickness type please?

    You are aware that an expert witness is a specific designation and any attempts to create a report that could be considered fraudulent (i.e. rubber stamping...) or by individuals not qualified or specialised in the specific area of medicine in this case may jeopardise your case.

    Hi Ann, yes I'm aware it has to be from a recognised body...psychiatrist to be more precise for depression caused by a work based incident. Bupa does offer them but I was seeing if pph had any Avenues.
