UK solicitor/law firm to draft pre-action Letter of Claim

UK solicitor/law firm needed to draft and issue a pre-action Letter of Claim on your firm letterhead (by email) + compile the evidence pack to go with the pre-action letter.

We're a coaching business. We've worked with thousands of clients. This particular nightmare client signed up to our 1-year coaching services, took full advantage of the online program (non-refundable), attended calls, took advantage of everything, then complained, and then blocked further payments despite our air-tight signed agreement. She owes us quite a bit of money.

She has now initiated a chargeback for everything she's paid us. So I will need to upload your pre-action letter to the banks too, it's our only hope at stopping the banks from refunding her the money.

We’ll supply contract, invoices, comms, delivery/performance proof, and T&Cs. You’ll produce a pre-action letter that calls it out for what it is. She's trying to get her money back after taking full advantage of the resources.

You must be experienced with business debt pre-action disputes, and able to act on firm letterhead immediately.

This client is based in Canada, however our agreement is all per English laws, so you just need to be knowledgeable with UK laws. We have templates of very strong pre-action letters that we've issues previous clients.
