UK Probate Solicitor Needed

We need an experienced UK probate solicitor for an ongoing intestacy matter in England. No will was left. We are four daughters of the deceased seeking advice and representation to protect our interests as beneficiaries.
We need help with the following urgently:

Lodging a caveat at the Probate Registry immediately
Advising on our rights as beneficiaries under intestacy rules
Writing formally to the administrator (surviving spouse) who is refusing to share his solicitor's details
Identifying and engaging with his solicitors independently
Advising on our entitlement given the estate structure including a property in Italy

We have already done some groundwork — Land Registry searches obtained, Probate Registry checked, and relevant correspondence reviewed. We are informed and organised and just need proper legal representation to take this forward.
