I need a certificate from a practicing UK surveyor, valuer or similar to be acceptable to HMLR with the following wording or similar for attach with a transfer document to land registry.

I certify that in my opinion, as a practising estate agent qualified to provide property valuations, the true value of the land comprised in Title Number ****** and being the subject of the transfer is £****, which is less than £6,000.
