I would like someone legally qualified to apply for a trademark for me and check to make sure there are not any similar trademarks in the same category etc.
**I know I do not need a solicitor to apply for the trademark but I want to be sure that it is done correctly and I am not inadvertently infringing on someone else’s, hence the research side of it.
Budget tbc.
