There is a company called Chelmsford gymnastics club ltd which has since filed a trademark https://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/…

We have since received a letter stating we need to change our name due to us taking business away from them

I was under the impression you couldn’t trademark an area or a sport which is two things we have used in our name

They’ve only filed this case in July.

Could someone please let me know what the best thing to do is here and if you can leivide assistance on closing this case
