Description of legal work: We need a new Terms of Service agreement for editing services or typesetting work. This is just for selected services, not for publishing a whole book.
It can be compiled from my other agreement, but with the addition of a 30% deposit needed and $65 hourly rate for overages over project scope. It needs to be much simpler than the attached. It does not need an author signature area. It does not need the Print on Demand information, so it will maybe be 1.5 pages.
