Terms and conditions wording

I need legal wording that is compliant with the law in England for a website that makes intellectual property available to subscribers. The platform provides teaching materials for GCSE Combined Science and Chemistry students in the UK who are preparing for AQA exams.
I need wording that covers general business practices for a web based subscription product, and which also includes definition of and ownership of intellectual property, the terms of the licence, exclusions, security of user data, and a very important disclaimer.
