Description of legal work: We need some terms and conditions for our new application. We will initially operate in the UK but plan to expand to international territories in the near future.
Our data is hosted in the EU (not UK) currently but as the service expands this may move to other jurisdictions.
We are currently compiling a list of items that we will need to cover in case they are not covered by standard terms. We would hope to have these available within a few days.
You should provide us with a detailed questionnaire to ensure that all relevant areas are properly addressed.
You should have a thorough understanding of UK Law. International Law experience is useful but not essential at this stage.
