Solicitor to review a fee agreement

I am acting as an intermediary to a transaction and I am like a sub-broker. The main broker gets 1% fee and of this my share of the fee is 0.45%.

The main broker is going to send me the agreement to confirm my share of 0.45%.

I would like a solicitor to review this and make sure it is legally enforceable in case the main broker doesn\'t honour my share of the fee.

I am not expecting this agreement to be any more than a few pages long (may even be a simple one-page document).
