Solicitor required to do 4 quick tasks

We are a Community Interest Company taking on Social Investment.

I need someone to:

1) Read through our loan agreement and check for red flags
2) Read through our constitutional and check it allows for borrowing- if not, suggest amendments to the constitution
3) Write the resolutions of the board of directors approving the entry into, the terms of, and the transactions contemplated by, this agreement, and authorising a specific person or persons to executive this agreement
4) Create a Certificate signed by a director confirming 2 points (which I will provide)

Ideally by the end of today although Monday is the latest
