Description
Experience Level: Expert
Im looking for a solicitor who can act for a freeholder in a lease extension. The terms are fully agreed between the 2 parties, there is no premium, no notices, so the work would simply involve drawing up a new lease and submitting to the other parties solicitor for approval. The property is also being sold simultaneously, so I would expect the new lease would be registered by the other side as well.
