Solicitor required for a number of civil cases (mainly property)

We have a number of civil cases at small claims level both at claimant and defendant level, mostly related to property issues around landlord and tenant disputes.

One case is relating to a leasehold apartment, whereby the freeholders have issued unlawfully on the owner for ground rent.

A separate case relates to a substantial amount of losses caused by neglect from an managing agent of one property, and subsequently issuing of wrongful county court judgment on the owner.

There are currently a minimum of 10 property civil cases requiring assistance from a qualified legal representative who is willing and passionate about defending all cases with the view of further cases in the future.
