Small Claims Debt Claim

This is a relatively simple matter that requires a claim form and POC's. The claim is LTD company v LTD Company, and for a debt of £1600.00 plus interest.

Circumstances are that the Claimant paid the Defendant about £2,200 for the supply of promotional materials. The Claimant alleges that the Defendant pocketed the money to pay debts. The Defendant has made IRO of £400.00 repayment plus two bounced cheques. No dispute whatsoever that the debt is owed.

The wrinkle - LOC to incorporate a paragraph that the Defendant director be personally liable for the debt as a result of conduct and full legal costs be awarded at the courts discretion. Unlikely to succeed on these points, but we will argue all the same in court at a later date.

N1 and POC's plus a little research on paragraph 3 (to include relevant case law) should take about 4 hours.
