Small claims court

I am looking for someone who would be able to help with seeing if a person is still located in the area as it has been over 6months since the judge has ruled in my favor. through a track and if possible if they are able to see if they can find out the person earning and what is the best solution for small claims court. And to support with the financial in regards to payment methods as I have won the judgement.
