I am set to make a vailable a number of online calculation tools that I've created as part of my training business. I'm basically looking for a brief set of terms that, as far as is possible...
* Protect me. The tools can be quite complex and users should rely on them at their own risk.
* Discourages users from freely diseminating their access details to other, non-customers.
* Prevents users trying ti rip the calculation tools off and create their own copycat offer.
* And anything else that someone with an experienced commercial / IT / legal head can add.
All phrased in a friendly tone and succinct form (ideally).
