Revision of consistency in a 4 pages contract engish signed in china

I have to approve a contract for tomorrow with a scope of purchase of structural steel pipes for export and would like someone with Chinese language skills to evaluate the quality and enforceability of it. Furthermore if the freelancer is located in Shanghai I would like him/her to go with me to a meeting and interpret.

I would pay hourly fee and airfare if necessary.

Good skills in English and Chinese are required, knowledge of International trade law and product specifications is desired.
