Review of documents for small claims hearing and defence drafting

Description of legal work: We have a small claims action brought against us. The case, in simplicity, is we purchased goods from a supplier and a security flaw in the product was discovered. The unopened and unused items were returned to the retailer and a credit refused as we didn't follow their RMA process. Despite having the goods returned, action has been brought for the full amount of the invoices. I would like their documents and our documents reviewed and a defence drafting to their claim ready for me to visit court.
