Hi
We are entering into a partnership contract with a large organisation and just need the contract reviewing before signing. It is an 11 page contract with a major travel organisation.
We have put our comments regarding what has been agreed in the Heads of Terms pre-sontract but want to make sure there is nothing terrible in there that we should highlight.
This needs doing urgently - preferrably today.
