Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Hi we need our engagement letter / T&Cs updated so we can move to an online approval by our clients.
Accountancy and tax experience would be a definite benefit.
We want our client's to join our service online through our website by filling out a joining form and approve the terms of engagement when they submit the form.
In the past they have been sent a letter of engagement which they have reviewed, signed and sent back to us - we want to move this to being something they read and approve online when they submit their joining form.
We will provide our current engagement letter and T&Cs and need you to make any changes needed so we can move to an online approval method. The final result must be legally binding and enforceable i.e. if a client fills out our joining form, approves the engagement T&Cs online and submits the form and then 2 months later decides not to pay us for work done we need to be able to go to court to recover our due fees using the online approved engagement T&Cs as our evidence that they agreed to our T&Cs.
Any questions do message me.
Regards,
Christopher Joynes
