Review a commercial lease agreement

I need someone to look at our commercial lease agreement. We signed 3 months fixed term contract, which is supposed to roll over, but we would like to know if we can walk away once the initial three months period ends. It's a very basic agreement, only two pages. It says that we need to give 3 months notice but it doesn't say what happens after the 3 months fixed term.
